More grief from Yes Loans
It looks like we have become the out-sourced complaints department of Yes Loans. This lot are notorious for taking fees for loans that don’t materialise - at least, not for the promised amount or interest rate. We’ve just forwarded them another batch of complaints, including one from Joanne Hardy of Chesterfield, Derbys, who didn’t receive a loan nor a refund of her £59.50 fee.
